Acquired: 1984 USFL open draft

Pro Bio: Selected by the Gamblers in the 15th round (317th pick overall) of the 1984 USFL open draft... Signed by Houston in September, 1984.

College Bio: Three-year started and four-year letterman at North Texas State... Played defensive end and defensive tackle... Recorded 38 tackles as a sophmore and 44 as a junior... Made 43 tackles in 1983 (23 solo) had one fumble recovery, caused one fumble, had three quarterback sacks and blocked three extra-point attempts... First-team All-SLC and first team (Division I-AA) All-American in 1983.

Personal: Earned All-District honors in football and basketball at Pinkston High School in Dallas... Enjoys weight lifting in his spare time.
