Acquired: Signed by the Gamblers as a free agent on July 24, 1983

Pro Bio: Played for the Gamblers in their inaugural 1984 campaign, and saw limited action in four games... Registered one carry for eleven yards.

Signed as a free agent by the Dallas Cowboys on May 4, 1982, and released on Aug. 10, 1982... Signed by the Arizona Wranglers on Feb. 5, 1983, and was released on Feb. 20, 1983.

College Bio: Lettered at SWTSU from 1979-81... Transferred from Blinn Junior College, where he played in 1978... Led team in rushing as a sophomore and senior... Had 742 yards and a 67.5 yards per game average to rank fifth in the Lone-Star Conference in 1979... Received honorable mention All-LSC honors in 1979... Joined former Bobcats Ricky Sanders and Mike Dunn as members of the Gamblers in 1984... Played beside Sanders in 1980 and 1981... Bobcat's fourth all-time leading rusher with 2,353 yards... Sanders ranks third with 2,502 yards... His 891 yards rushing in 1981 puts him sixth on SWT's all-time list... His 96 total points in 1981 is a season second-best record and his 162 career points ranks him seventh.

Personal: Lettered three years each in football, basketball, baseball and track at Marlin High School... Has triple and long-jumped for the Bobcat track team... Criminal justice major at Southwest.
